IT Consulting
Technology decisions you can defend in the boardroom.
Independent advice from architects who still ship code — so every recommendation comes with a plan, a price, and a person accountable for it.
Overview
What our consulting engagements deliver
IT consulting, done properly, is decision support: independent analysis that tells you what to build, what to buy, what to retire, and in what order — with the costs and risks of each path stated plainly. You should leave every engagement with decisions made, not a longer list of questions.
Asteriskk Technologies consults from the builder's side of the table. The people who audit your architecture are the same engineers who ship platforms for 40+ enterprise clients, which is why our recommendations come with implementation plans and real cost figures instead of abstractions. We are vendor-neutral: no reseller margins, no partner quotas, no incentive to inflate scope.
Engagements run two to eight weeks and end in a written roadmap your board can read in one sitting — every recommendation ranked by impact, effort, and risk.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask us
Two to eight weeks: a framing workshop, evidence gathering across your systems and teams, then a written roadmap with ranked recommendations. Fixed fee, agreed upfront — most engagements run $8,000 to $40,000 depending on estate size.
Both, but never as a bait-and-switch. The roadmap is designed so any competent team can execute it — yours, ours, or a third party. About half of clients ask us to build; half take the plan in-house.
No. We hold no reseller agreements and take no referral commissions, so a recommendation for AWS, Azure, or an off-the-shelf product reflects your requirements — not our margins.
That is the normal case. We interview and pair with your engineers rather than around them — the goal is a plan your team believes in, because they helped shape the evidence behind it.
We offer a one-week rapid review: one architect, your key systems and contracts, and a written brief of findings and red flags. It is the cheapest insurance you can buy before a major technology commitment.
