You will ship to production in your first week. That is not a slogan — onboarding ends with a real deploy, because we believe confidence comes from shipping, not shadowing. From there the rhythm is steady: focused sprints, Friday demos, and honest retrospectives where the process gets fixed instead of the blame assigned.
We are remote-first async by default, and allergic to meetings that could have been a document. we rotate projects roughly yearly, so you might build a lending platform this year and an AI assistant the next. Every person carries a real learning budget and the expectation to use it.
