We collect only the data we need to respond to you and run our services. This includes:

• Contact details you submit through forms — name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message.
• Application data when you apply for a role — your CV, portfolio links, and anything else you choose to share.
• Newsletter data — the email address you subscribe with.
• Technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and we never buy personal data from third parties.

We use personal data for four purposes only:

• Responding to you — answering enquiries, preparing proposals, and processing job applications.
• Providing services — delivering and supporting the work you engage us for, under contract.
• Communication you asked for — sending newsletters and updates you have opted into, with a working unsubscribe link in every message.
• Improving our website — analysing anonymised usage patterns to make the site faster and more useful.

Our legal bases are consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest. We never sell your personal data, and we never use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

Our website uses a small number of cookies: strictly necessary cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use it. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics platforms — each bound by data-processing agreements that restrict what they may do with it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. If data is transferred outside Nigeria or the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place. No third party is ever permitted to use your data for its own marketing.

We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for:

• Contact form submissions — up to 24 months after our last exchange.

• Job applications — up to 12 months after the process ends, unless you ask us to keep your details for future roles.

• Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe.

When a retention period ends, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given — all free of charge. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority.

We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security reviews — the same standards we sell to our clients. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authorities within the legally required timeframes.
